Authenticity is one of the foundations of Vaultory.

We understand that when purchasing a rare collectible—particularly vintage technology, coins, banknotes, watches, figurines and limited-edition pieces—the customer needs confidence that the item is what we represent it to be.

Our Verification Process

Vaultory sources collectibles from trusted sellers, collectors, auctions and other established sources around the world.

Items are inspected and assessed after arriving with us and before being offered for sale.

Where appropriate, Vaultory may also consult experienced professionals and specialists in Pakistan or internationally for additional verification.

Products represented by Vaultory as genuine are sold based on our assessment and available information at the time of sale.

Eligible products are supplied with a Vaultory Certificate or Letter of Authenticity confirming our assessment of the item's genuineness.

Challenge Our Authenticity

We stand behind our representations.

If a customer has credible evidence that an item sold by Vaultory as genuine may not be authentic, the customer should contact us with the relevant evidence.

Vaultory will review the matter and may request examination or verification by an appropriate independent specialist or other credible authority.

If the item is conclusively determined through a mutually acceptable, credible verification process to be inauthentic despite having been sold by Vaultory as genuine, Vaultory will provide a full refund and additional compensation, with the amount and form of additional compensation determined based on the circumstances of the case.

The item must be returned to Vaultory in the same condition in which it was supplied before the remedy is completed.

This guarantee does not apply to disputes concerning disclosed condition, normal ageing, functionality of vintage components, grading opinions, market value, subsequent damage, modifications made after purchase or information that was clearly disclosed before the sale.
