Collectible Reservation Policy

We understand that some collectors may need a short period to arrange the balance for a high-value purchase.

Vaultory therefore allows eligible products to be reserved for up to 48 hours.

25% Reservation Deposit

An eligible collectible may be reserved by paying 25% of the product's total purchase price.

Once Vaultory confirms receipt of the required reservation deposit, the item will be reserved for the customer for 48 hours from the confirmed reservation time.

The remaining balance must be paid within that 48-hour period.

If You Complete the Purchase

The reservation deposit is applied toward the item's total purchase price.

For example, if an item costs PKR 100,000 and PKR 25,000 is paid to reserve it, the remaining PKR 75,000 must be paid within the reservation period.

If You Do Not Complete the Purchase

If the customer does not pay the outstanding balance within the agreed 48-hour reservation period, the reservation expires.

Under the agreed reservation terms, 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained by Vaultory and the remaining 50% of the deposit will be returned to the customer, subject to applicable law.

Using the PKR 100,000 example above:

Reservation deposit: PKR 25,000
Amount retained after an expired reservation: PKR 12,500
Amount returned: PKR 12,500

The collectible may then immediately be made available to other customers.

Customers should only place a reservation deposit if they reasonably expect to complete the purchase within 48 hours.
