Product Condition & Listing Policy

Every collectible has a story—and condition is an important part of that story.

Vaultory aims to provide customers with sufficient information to make an informed purchase.

Our listings identify products as appropriate using descriptions such as brand new, unused, new old stock, pre-owned, vintage or other condition terminology relevant to the particular item.

We aim to photograph and/or disclose material visible imperfections and known issues.

Included accessories are described or pictured where applicable. Customers should not assume that an accessory is included merely because it may originally have been supplied with the product when new.

For vintage products, age-related deterioration may exist even where an item has never been used.

If condition is particularly important to your purchase, contact Vaultory before ordering. We can provide additional information and, where reasonably possible, arrange a video inspection.

The condition shown and described at the time of sale forms an important part of the purchase decision.
