How Selling With Vaultory Works
1. Submit Your Collectible
Send us details, photographs, condition information and your expected payout.
2. Preliminary Review
Our team reviews your submission and decides whether the item is suitable for Vaultory.
3. Send It to Vaultory
Once preliminary approval is given, the item can be couriered to us or dropped off directly.
For approved submissions, Vaultory covers the inbound courier cost.
4. Physical Inspection
Every item is inspected before final acceptance.

5. Agree Your Payout
Before listing, the seller and Vaultory agree on a fixed amount the seller will receive if the item sells successfully.
6. Vaultory Lists & Markets It
We handle professional photography, product presentation, website listing, marketing, customer inquiries and storage.
7. Vaultory Handles the Sale
Vaultory manages payment, packaging and nationwide delivery.
8. You Get Paid
After a successful transaction, your agreed payout is transferred directly to your bank account.
