Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of Vaultory's online store and related ordering channels.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the relevant product listing and applicable policies.

Collectible Merchandise

Vaultory specializes in collectible merchandise, including vintage, rare, pre-owned, new-old-stock and limited-edition products.

The age and nature of collectibles means characteristics may differ significantly from modern retail goods.

Customers should review the product description, photographs, condition information and applicable disclaimers before purchasing.

Product Information

Vaultory makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including known material condition issues and included accessories.

Minor differences in colour may occur because of lighting, photography or display settings.

For unique and vintage items, the photographs of the actual product should be considered an important part of the listing where stated.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are fixed unless a discount or promotional price is expressly offered.

Payment

Shipped orders generally require advance payment.

Vaultory does not offer Cash on Delivery.

Orders are subject to successful payment verification and product availability.

Scarce Inventory

Some products are one-of-one or available in extremely limited quantities.

An enquiry or checkout attempt does not necessarily reserve a collectible.

Where simultaneous orders occur, Vaultory may allocate the product according to the first qualifying confirmed payment or valid reservation.

If Vaultory receives payment for an item that is no longer available, the affected payment will be returned.

Reservations

Eligible products may be reserved for 48 hours by paying a 25% reservation deposit.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the reservation period, the reservation expires. Under the agreed reservation terms, 50% of the deposit may be retained and the remaining 50% returned, subject to applicable law.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by Vaultory's Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

Eligible transit-damage claims require an appropriate continuous unboxing video and notification within 24 hours of delivery.

Vintage Technology

Vintage technology is primarily sold as collectible merchandise.

Vintage batteries, network compatibility, SIM functionality, PTA status and other age-related matters are subject to the Vintage & Retro Technology Disclaimer and the information stated in each product listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, retro/vintage mobile phones should be considered Non-PTA.

Authenticity

Products represented as genuine are covered according to the terms of Vaultory's Authenticity Guarantee.

Order Cancellation

Paid-order cancellation requests before dispatch are reviewed case-by-case and are not automatically guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Vaultory branding, original website copy, graphics and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation & Applicable Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability or customer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vaultory is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside the scope of the purchased collectible or Vaultory's reasonable control.
